You can choose to pay through Cash on Delivery (COD only available for Qatar) or Skipcash which is our online payment portal available for worldwide payments. We will send you a link to make online payment once you place the order.

We ship worldwide. Please contact us for more details.

 WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE?

We offer free delivery within The State of Qatar. The charge for other countries will be calculated during check out.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PERIOD?

Our delivery period is 3-14 days within Qatar and 4-8 weeks for the rest of the world . If you want the order earlier, you can contact us through WhatsApp +974-31111216 or Email: hello@swayra.com.  

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY?

We only accept exchange on stock orders, for made-to-order jewellery we don't accept exchange or refund. Made to order jewellery takes 10-14 days. Exception will only be made depending on the case. 

Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The product must be unused and in its original condition. We do accept exchange/refund for earrings due to hygienic reasons.

DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATION & WARRANTY?

All our jewelleries come with gold certification and 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
