WHAT ARE YOU PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can choose to pay through Cash on Delivery (COD only available for Qatar) or Skipcash which is our online payment portal available for worldwide payments. We will send you a link to make online payment once you place the order.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE?
We offer free delivery within The State of Qatar. The charge for other countries will be calculated during check out.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PERIOD?
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY?
We only accept exchange and refund with Qatar. You can exchange your product within 7 days and apply for refund within 3 days.
For other customer, we accept returns only when there is a manufacturing defect. In such case, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in it's original condition. We do accept exchange/refund for earrings due to hygienic reasons.

All our jewelleries come with gold certification and 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
